Japanese schools start at the beginning of September after summer vacation.

But colleges are different. Each college has its own holiday. So it could be like September 20th or so.

Yeah,I go back to school at the end of this month. Its not that long, i mean compared to other countries.Normally it can last for about a month or so.

The school year starts in april,and winter vacation starts from december 26 to around january 6,and spring vacation from march 25 to around april 5.

Yea they start again in September but keep in mind that their academic year is different from ours.

They end a grade in March and then go on to the next grade in April
