  1. It is usually nice in June, warm and sunny. Sometimes toward the end of June it gets hot and humid for a day or two and then there is a storm.

Bring light, comfortable clothing (light pants and T-shirts) but no shorts! Those are not seen in Paris and will look ridiculous. Bermuda shorts are perfectly fine but not the short shorts that American women wear (in France those are only worn on tennis courts or while playing sports).

Since weather can be unpredictable, definitely bring some light rain gear and a couple of light sweaters and a few long-sleeved T-shirts/tops. But mostly, wear good shoes, there will probably be a lot of walking.

  2. During June the average daily low is 13 degrees C ( 55.4 degrees F) and the average daily high temperature is 22 degrees C ( 71.6 degrees F). The average daily temperature is 17 degrees C (62.6 degrees F).  There will be an average rainfall of 56 millimeters (2.2 inches).

So yes its summer but as you can see it is not really all that warm.

Pack clothes that you can layer in case an unusually cool or hot day sneaks up on you. Bring light cotton clothes for sunny days, but also pack warm socks and a light windbreaker.

Because sudden thunderstorms are common. Pack a reliable umbrella in case one of these surprises you.
