  1. The scholarship amount doesn't matter to a prospective employer, it's not useful information so just leave it off.  The mere fact you got a scholarship is enough to impress. An employer/human resource person spends only about 10 seconds quickly perusing resume to sort of which ones are possibilities and which ones are not.  If you are called in for a face-to-face interview, the employer may bring up your scholarships but still, how much you were given has no application to the job you are going for so, basically, your scholarship amount is a past-issue with no influence on your employability

  2. Yes.  I think the scholarship should speak for itself.

  3. Yes, it's tacky.  The dollar amount is nobody's business but yours.  The important thing is that you received the scholarship.  Be sure to note the correct name of the scholarship and for what reason/purpose it was awared to you.

  4. yes, if you want the job, leave it off

  5. I would leave the scholarship amount off.  If you are trying to apply for a job to make money for school, you don't want them to know how much you already have in the bank, so to speak.

  6. I would just state the scholarships I have won and not the amount.  That is on a need to know basis and they don't need to know that.

  7. yes it is!! nobody cares how you paid for it, only that you graduate.
