Is it the Toronto Blue Jays or Toronto Jays?

Question

I'm not sure. Which is it? It still says Blue Jays on the official site but they call them the Jays all over the site as well.

It's Toronto Blue Jays. They just say Jays because it's quicker to say. It's like St. Louis Cardinals. Obviously it takes longer which such a long name to say all the time, so they are often just referred to as the "Cards".

The Toronto Blue Jays is the correct name. And they are doing very amazing under the Hands of Cito Gaston.

Their name is Toronto Blue Jays but as a nickname theyre just called the Jays...shorter name like many other teams get called.

well we Toronto has officially changed our name back in 2005 2 the Toronto Jays  but some people calls it Blue jays cause it never got around dat much..

It is Blue Jays.  Though perhaps they should take note that since The Rays dropped the "Devil", they have been awesome, and next to Angels, the best team, perhaps even better than Angels. Maybe Toronto should drop The "Blue" and start their winning ways once again.
