  1. Yes I think so. It best to eat it alone, before a workout, during a workout, 15 minutes before a meal or 15 min after.


  2. You'll get the benefits of fruit whenever you eat them.  It isn't when you eat something - it's what you eat.  If you eat ice cream and an apple, and you gain weight, you didn't gain weight because of the apple....

    Fruit=good.  No matter how you slice it (or when you eat it).
