Is it the democrats or republicans fault?

for the way the welfare system is going? Like all the illegals that lie to get assistance and the people who really need it cant, because they make .50 cents over the limit, when they have nothing and the people on welfare, have brand new cars and top dollar things in life? who's fault is it? And ive noticed that it is worse in california than anywhere else. does anyone know?

Both parties are at fault until Obama was elected.  Now it's the Democrats with their idiotic HealthCare Plan, Cap/Trade; Climate Change; amnesty for the Illegals. Especially Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Tim Geithner & many more.
