My children goes to the same school. Now, my son who is in Grade V, was subjected to physical and verbal abuse from his teachers, and school personnel My son feels that these people are being unfair to him. First, was when he was punished unfairly for things he did not do. He was so furious when he was asked to stand at the corner. One of his classmate told me that my osn was not involved and was only trying to pacify the kids who were fighting. Although my son was trying to explain to the teacher about what happened, the teacher just ignored him and instead punish him. Just recently, another personnel employee hit my son at the back of his neck because he was making fun of the employee. My son was suspended from joining the varsity for two weeks. There were many more instances in the past that my son experienced unfair treatment. I am thinking of transferring him to another school.

  1. Firstly, they did wrong to your son. .

Second, ask your son if he did some bad things. .

Just support your son ma'am. .^^

  2. I'm all for supporting my kid no matter what, but I'd be suspicious of mine if he was "always" in the right but treated wrong.  Like this business about making fun of the school employee -- yes the person was wrong for hitting him, but he shouldn't have been making fun of the person, either.  I learned early on never to say, "Not MY kid!"

On the other hand, maybe a new school will give him a fresh start, and if he can curb his tendency to invite trouble, it might be a good thing.  Be advised, however, that his disciplinary record will follow him just like his grades will.  So he needs to mind his p's and q's.

  3. I think it is worth investigating and approaching the teachers and staff about what is happening.  A lot of times you find it is simple misunderstanding.  This will help you get to the root cause.  If you find that their behavior was wrong then I would transfer him schools.

  4. Lord, its reasons like this I homeschool my son.

  5. I pulled out my son immediately from his former school. I do not want him to suffer any further. In fact, the offense made to my son was simple but just the same, no one should hurt the feelings of my son.
