Today is my 27th day on my cycle. I had an ultrasound on my 17th day and there were 3 follicles, and took 10000 IOU pregnyl, so i think i ovulated the same day or the next day.On my 22nd day i had some blood on the tissue. I don't know if it's implantation bleeding or a very early period. I am always late, my last cycle was 38 days and the one before was 41 days and the nurse told me that this month, i will be late too. I don't have any pregnancy symptoms , although i think it's early for morning sickness and other things. when should i do a home pregnancy test?

  1. I have very irregular cycles too. It makes this whole TTC journey even harder. I would wait until at least day 35. The reason is mainly because with the tech telling you that you would be late this month I would think that if you don't start in the next few days that it would be a good time to test. If you still don't start in the next 7 to 10 days after CD35 I would test again. I am currently either about 3 weeks late of on CD 50-60 as I have truly lost count.I still have not tested becuz I figure why waste the money. I plan to test this week but only a test from the dollar store.  I would say that I would make an appointment with your doc if the next test is neg and you have not started yet. It is hard to be later and sometimes later each month to say wait for you missed period. Especially if you really have no clue when that will be.

  2. 7 days after your missed period
