The allegations made by judges of the Constitutional Court that Judge President John Hlophe had improperly tried to influence them in their decision in the cases brought by Jacob Zuma and Thint arms company to declare invalid search and seizure operations of the NPA, are so grave that the JP must immediately step aside. How can this be allowed in this time and age? If the Judges in South Africa are corrupt what hope do we have?

  1. Yes, people who is suppose the law should be above the law

  2. As a layman - my question is simple:

If Jacob Zuma is innocent on all charges - why is there so much turmoil over:

    1. The manner in which evidence was seized

    2. The release of court papers from Mauritius

    3. Why would a senior Judge involve himself in this matter if he will prove his innocence

    4. The ANCYL Screaming about WAR?

Simple ANSWER - Because ZUMA is GUILTY as SIN and does NOT DESERVE to be the NEXT PRESIDENT!!!

  3. I think he should, there has been a lot of controversy around him.  I also hate the fact that judges Bess Nkabinde and Chris Jafta are chickening out regarding the allegations.  He should be exposed for who he really is.

  4. If he is guilty, he should step down. As far as I know there is however no evidence against him, which makes me wonder whether the judges who publicly accused him and now seem not to be willing to submit evidence should not be asked to step down.

  5. The judicial system is usually the last bastion of civilisation in any country finding itself revolting against basic democratic principles and civilisation and I believe it to now be blatantly obvious that the South African judicial system is fast on track to join every other facet of South African life under the ANC as truly Kaffrican.

Hlope is no different to every other African under the sun, he is corrupt, inept and his only intention is to line his own pockets while destroying the legacy of the white man, IE, civilisation in South Africa.

  6. I read somewhere the other day that he had told one of these "Judges" that he (Hlopehead) was destined to be the next Minister of Justice. You cannot apply civilised or Western values to these ANC stooges or take them seriasssly.
