  1. i like the original but hate remakes.

  2. No. Remakes are tired.

  3. I say bring on the remake! The original was awesome, I think they should make a new one for the new generation!

  4. No. I'm sick of Hollywood doing remakes. Get original or get out of the industry.

  5. it's never time for a remake!!!!!!!!!

  6. No, its never time for a remake of anything. I have a feeling it would eventually be remade and it would end up being rediculas like all the other remakes

  7. I've said this before and I'll say it again: when are they gonna learn to stop messing with the classics?

The remake is never as good and will always be compared to the original.

  8. That was a quintessential 80's movie.  I certainly don't think they could meet/beat it.

Besides has teen angst changed that much?  Why is it every generation thinks it's "different" than the last?  I listen to my parents talk and their high school experiences were so similar to mine. . .minus the electronics of course.

    NO.  Don't do it.

  9. That film, in my eyes, is a classic, it's one of my faves of all time. I wouldn't mind if they made a remake, it just better be at least in some way charming and good like the original! No remake can beat it I think, but a good remake with some popular actors we know would be cool.

  10. I think it should be left the way it is. Remakes aren't usually as good.

  11. yeahh idk, i LOVE that movie its my favorite, a remake could be awsome but it could also leave a bad taste in the mouth of die hard fans, if its done carefully (and doesnt try to out-due the original) then i think it could be really cool, i heard Emilio was gonna direct it, and maybe have some of the original characters in it (i dont think they'd be playing the same parts though) as long as miley cyrus, the jonas brothers, and selina gomez arent in it, i would send angry letters if they did that, i just hope the bratt pack isnt that desperate for viewers, we'll see it could go either way

  12. I say wait at least another 10 years, but yeah, times have changed, and so would the Breakfast Club.  I just hope that whomever writes, directs, produces it, doesn't turn it into a BOMB.  I hate when remakes are BOMBs.

  13. No, they shouldnt remake a "classic" like that. (personally, the movie's just ok) There are certain movies they should just leave as they are.

  14. hmmmm i'm on the fence although i would be kind of intrigued to see an up to date one with unknown or people who have been in one or two things and are slighty known.

  15. I don't think it would make money. I say no.

  16. yes I love the breakfast club

  17. OMG NO!!! that is like one of my favorite movies!!! its perfect as is! it does not need to be done again its been done! they would ruin it!

  18. hm... I wouldn't care for a remake, because the original movie itself is pointless enough. There's no story.. Kids in detention.

  19. no it should never be remade. its fine how it is. and every generation to come can watch it and love it as we have.

for this movie there is nothing like the original.

  20. i dont think it could ever be done as well as the original.  I know there will be different situations that this generation can relate to, but the first one will be the BEST!

  21. NEVER!

That would ruin the whole thing! DX
