  1. Could be.  It does not appear that there is intelligent life on this planet (intelligent life would not destroy itself)

  2. Contrary to Gia theory, the earth is not likely to make any such decision.

It could very well be that humanity may be decimated or even eliminated, but not because the planet itself makes a decision about it.

The next major ice age should prove interesting for a planet with its current population or larger.

We should avoid hurying that along with unnecessary global warming.

  3. This "The World is Ending" has been played for hundreds of centuries.

I wonder why man can't look back and have a good laugh at himself and move on to plan a future.

There's no doubt that this doomsday scenario goes hand in hand with a religious upbringing.

  4. the earth will change in 2012 the planet x will come so close that will move on our axes this is why we are having climate change and so on. im not saying that we are going to be wiped out but things will change.go to youtube and look up the mayans or planet x that scientists have actually discovered!

  5. no one knws exacly but haha we should move to mars and burn to death b4 we die from freggin pollution

  6. Well since we are capable of doing so we should at least make an attempt to prevent climate change from getting worse. Humans are surprisingly resilient and adaptable creatures, I don't think we will be wiped out entirely.

  7. You could be right for no doubt in times long gone by the inhabitants of this earth will have been destroyed and perhaps replaced by others over millions of years.
