  1. If Ramirez is your best option, I would ride it out.

There is no guarantee that Ramirez will even be the starter for the rest of the season. He will probably split time with Uribe gets off the DL.

    The Yankees have noone else.

    Cano can't get any worse.

  2. Never! Repeat never drop Cano at anytime in the season. Last season Cano posted a very big chunk of his stats in the second half of the season. Just hang on to him for the rest of the 1st half and you will be well rewarded with your patience.

  3. I wouldn't drop him either. He was dropped in one of my leagues and I gladly picked him up. Give him some time. Batting in that Yankee lineup he is sure to break out of his slump and get a lot of RBI chances. If you need to, bench him for now, but do not drop him. Look at his numbers the past 2 seasons.

  4. I'd hang on to him if I could.  He starts slow, but he's hit well over .300 the last 2 summers.  He's also going to see better pitches now that Jose Molina isn't batting behind him every day.
