  1. no i am 13 i used to exercise alot i tried o build muscle it works but one thing be patient it takes like a month for it to start working but be sure to eat alot of calories it gives you enough energy to work out drink alot of water and make sure you eat alot of fruits and veggies try to take different combos of fruits like strawberry banana and try to juice them then u can take it with you to the gym or wherever so u can dink on your way you no dont be to hard on yourself just try that is what i did

  2. I STARTED WHEN I WAS 13, IT WILL NOT PROHIBIT YOUR GROWTH..MAYBE IT WILL HELP YOU...WHAT CAN PROHIBIT YOUR GROWTH IS DOING COMPETITIVE WEIGHTLIFTING, WHEN YOU LIFT EXTREMELY HEAVY WEIGHTS. OVER YOUR HEAD..BODYBUILDING WILL NOT PROHIBIT YOUR GROWTH. PEOPLE DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE TALKING ABOUT

  3. You're probably going to lose a few inches off your height, you should really start between the ages of 15-20 when you have reached your full height. If you want to get built don't lift, just run and swim.

  4. just as long as you eat a healthy diet, it should be fine. an unhealthy diet is what stops growth. muscle is never unhealthy unless it's horribly.. horribly overdone.

and just work out, a gym membership perhaps? use the proper machines to get muscles where you want and you should take jogs, do push-ups, and sit-ups frequently. also, eat healthy foods and try to stay away from fatty things like junk/fast food.
