Is it too cold for swiming in september? ?

I'll be visiting friends who live in Peterborough next month, and will be spending my first weekend at Tallington Lakes. I just would like to know if I'm going to freeze my bum off or does it stay fairly warm during the daytime?

its always too cold to swim. even on the 15th july.

Its too cold in the UK all year love.

My mate had a outdoor swimming pool in his garden and it was usually not too bad if you where moving around a lot
