I'm the shelver. Hello, again. I usually shelve everything, pick up books/magazines & put them back, straighten shelves, do some shelve reading, push in chairs, and sometimes help customers. But sometimes I'm really bored & overwhelmed by the letters & numbers after shelf reading some so I sit down & read or get on the computer. My other co-worker usually leaves some or all of her work for me to do so I do that as well. I get upset b/c the manager never says anything even though they know she's not doing much (she's been there for 2.5 years a lot more than me). My manager doesn't say anything either way. However, my supervisor does tell me when I did something wrong & when I need to do something else. I had a mini-evaluation and he said everything was fine except I needed to make the shelves even (with the books). I want to be a good worker. I've always overachieved in my jobs & never had any problems with motivation. What do you think is my problem? Please help!!! Thanks!!!
