Is it too late for me to get on a degree course starting in Sept/Oct 2008

I fancy doing a law degree at Nottingham Trent.

  1. You can still apply, either directly to the uni or through clearing, but it's unlikely you're going to get on the exact course you want this late in the game unless you can prove you'd be an excellent student. Maybe better to apply later this year for next year?


  2. probably is too late to go to uni for this Sept, but why dont you try the open university, look them up on line. I have been to uni and am now doing my degree at home through the OU, they are fantastic and A LOT cheaper.

    Even if you dont want to complete a degree with them, at tleast it will give you university level study experience if you want to apply for uni for next year.

  3. Its not too late. Go onto the Uni website and you should see something that days 'CLEARANCE'. This is a list of courses they are trying too fill up, although it may not be one you want too do.

  4. No, you can apply directly to a university.

    However, for popular courses you may find the courses already oversubscribed.
