Is it too late for me to start doing Athletics?

I was a very good 100m runner.The problem was i moved countries and i basically stopped! Lately i've been looking at colleges and the costs and seen that best thing for me to do is to get myself a scholarship in athletics but i dont know if its too late to start doing it again

its never too late to start doing athletics , if u like it and are good at it then whats stopping you ?

i think u should start up again .
