  1. Starting at 15 is too late to turn pro, but that does not mean that it hasn't been done.  Some people start playing tennis at 17 and turn pro.  If you do the things that you say you will, then your chances of turning pro increase, but not much.  But if you do turn pro, nobody can answer that question.  It depends on your determination and your passion for tennis.

You will not be able to play, say like Sharapova, but your skills will drastically increase.  The best way to improve your chances of turning pro is play as many matches as you can and try to play in as many tournaments as you can and join the USTA.

The guy who says that all you need to do is practice once a day and you will turn pro in 4 years has no idea what he is talking about and it's complete B.S.  To put it in perspective, read this short article that was on wikipedia.

"Federer started playing tennis at the age of six.He began participating in group lessons at the age of nine and began weekly private coaching when he was ten. He also played football until the age of twelve when he decided to focus solely on tennis. At fourteen, he became the national champion of all groups in Switzerland and was chosen to train at the Swiss National Tennis Center in Ecublens. He joined the ITF junior tennis circuit in July 1996.In 1998, his final year as a junior, Federer won the junior Wimbledon title and the prestigious year-ending Orange Bowl. He was recognized as the ITF World Junior Tennis champion of the year.Victor Lamm says about him: "Roger is a tremendous competitor. He's got talent, work-ethic, passion and style. His contribution to tennis is already priceless. He's got what it takes to become the best player of all time."

He turned pro at after 11 years of extremely hard work, at the age of 17.

  2. Yes, is a little to late, Plus your going to have alot of pressure on you

I'll say 5 years of hard training everyday would do the trick

Around 21+ (depends on how well you played by then)

  3. its not o late , u can still make it

  4. Of course not! If you practice everyday for a while and enter in many competitions you can do it. Get a personal trainer get a coach and your set. You do not have to practice nonstop. Just at least once a day. In about 4 years you could easily be pro. Get stronger and in shape. Jo Wilfred Tsonga started his career late and so can you.

By the way if you turn pro I get an autograph!
