Is it too late to call (McDonald's)?

I applied to 2 different McDonald's about 3 or 4 weeks ago. I called one of them about a week later to check on my application, and scheduled an interview, which got postponed again and again until it was practically canceled. So now I want to try with the other McDonald's I applied to, but is it possible that it's too late to call them now? The listing for the job is still on the website, but still, have I missed my chance? Also, if I do end up getting an interview, how do I tell them about my availability, because I applied a while ago when I had nothing but free-time, but school is about to start now and I'm only gonna be able to work from 4:00 to 8:00 on school days. Thanks.

Call them and if you get an interview, explain the difference in your avaliability in the interview.
