Is it too late to fill out a FAFSA form for the 2008-2009 school year?

I've never filled out a FAFSA before and I looked at the website and it is really confusing! I don't understand if it is waaay to late for me to even fill one out or not. I live in North Dakota if that makes any difference.

No it's not too late. Take it one question at a time.  Contact a local college.  Many campuses offer workshops that assist students with filing the application.
