Is it too late to gain hours in community service?

I felt like I screwed myself over by not joining key club in sophomore year and I have only 4 hours of community service. At least to what extent oh hours should I have if I want to go to UCI, UCSD, or even UCLA? My gpa is fine as it is by the way which is a 4.0 weighted and I do have ap classes evenly spreaded for my own benefit. I am afraid I wont get enough hours by the end of senior year..

To count "community service" on your college application, I would suggest that you complete at least 30-50 hours. That was the graduation requirement for my high school and I would consider it pretty standard and not that difficult to do. I did over 400 hours in high school, but I was considered a community service overachiever (I actually won a scholarship to my school because of it)

25 hours would be good. dnt worry about it too much if u dnt get as many hours, just make sure they know u spent your time on other things, not just wasting it boozing or slobbing out lol.

u could always do some extra hours?
