Is it too late to get arceus in pokemon diomond?

i never botherd trying to get arceus shamin and darkrai and eventually forgot about them. is it too late for me to get the mystery gifts from wi fi? and if u dont the the azure flute and other stuff from mystery gift how do u get them?
