You can sign up for CAVA anytime.

Be aware, though - the time between signing up, getting your materials and having a teacher assigned to you can vary greatly - sometimes up to two months.  You cannot begin "attending" CAVA until everything is in place, and since CAVA is a virtual public school, you need to make some sort of arrangement for school attendance between now and then to avoid truancy problems.

You can try, this really depends on the school and whether classes still have seats available.  Contact CAVA to inquire.
