I'm 15, and male. I can upload a picture of myself if it's necessary to determine whether it's too late or not. I'm 5"10.

  1. It is never too late to dance! It may be too late to become a professional, but just dance for your passion!

I started when i was almost 14, and have had 2 ballet solos, a lyrical solo, and a jazz solo since. I have gained the Student of the year award, most promising student award, most improved, and best new starter. I have also obtained very good results in dance exams (I'm talking top grades!) So it's never too late!

  2. IT IS NEVER TOO LATE! join the dance class in your high school. search for a beginning ballet class near your home...

  3. Well, if your goal is to become a professional then probably but I never say never. If you just want to do it for fun and then it is definitely not to late.

  4. Nope

    Never

I just finished my first ballet class after stopping when I was 7 & I'm 15 now.

It's never too late to start anything. If you're determined (and here, if you are willing to build up strength and endurance) you'll be fine =)

    TAKE BALLET

    lol

    propaganda.

  5. It really depends whether you want to dance for fun or whether you want to become professional. If it's the latter, then you'd be better off beginning jazz as ballet requires years of training and self discipline as well as perseverance to become a professional ballet dancer. This isn't to say that ballet isn't fun it's just if you're looking to get into dance professionally you'd be better off starting jazz. However, if you are committed to ballet, anything can happen. Jazz is more of a looser type of dance. It's not so much about perfection as it is about your attitude towards the dancing and your own individual dancing style. Both dancing styles are heaps of fun and I'd recommend them to anyone. I hope I've helped you in your decision and good luck in your dancing.

  6. No, it's not too late.

  7. It is never too late to learn ballet.
