Question:

Is it too late to start boxing at 18?

Nothing serious i just want to win a few belts, Im in shape been fighting backyard with other kids since the 5th grade and im 18 now don't know if that helps. There is a boxing club in town and not sure if i should join or not.

If i were you i would learn MMA/UFC. I am a MMA fighter and i used to box but when i Discovered MMA i never went back to boxing.

i dont think its ever too late!

at my college, they have this boxing tournament. its this really HUGE thing and a lot of the guys and girls that do it our newcomers! they just work out ALOT and train really HARD!

Join it. If you are serious, give it all you have. You will know within six months what your potential is. Do what your trainer asks of you, and he will let you know when you are ready to start fighting amatuer fights
