Is it too late to start playing tennis?

I'm 18 years old and I always loved tennis but my high school didn't have a tennis team. My college has a tennis team and they're not that good. If I start now do you think I can make it? I'm 5'5, 126lbs and I have exceptional lateral quickenss as well as great hand eye coordination and a great work ethic

Maybe not pro but a good class 2 player but if you wanted to become pro right now you would need to drop college and train 24/7 hard!!

It is never too late to live your dream.. If you love the game have the desire go for it.  You can change the rules by playing at your age.  Never ever let it get rooted in your head that you can't do anything.  Anything you want to do you can.  Go for it with everything you 've got.
