  1. try a summer study abroad... you wont miss much back home & you will have the experince of studing in another country!

  2. Junior year is when most people go.

I went in my Junior year.

If you are worried about missing out just go for a semester or the summer, though I highly recommend the entire year.

Yes its more of a leap, but nobody I met that went abroad for a semester or summer was ready to go back home when the time came. All wanted to stay for the year.

Dont think twice about it. It will definetly be the best year of college and possibly your life so far ( preachy but true)

  3. Studying in your junior year is definitely not too late. Statistically, at many schools, the majority of students who study abroad go during their junior year. And as for your hesitation- it's totally natural, but you shouldn't let it stop you! You will never have a time in your life when such an opportunity will be so easily within your grasp- studying in Europe would be such a thrilling and rewarding experience, I really doubt you will feel you missed out on anything back home. So, I say go for it! I think you'll be so glad you did in the end. Good luck!
