Its freakin ridiculous, why can't we, ourselves, reset the list of registered machines that YMJ is installed on in order to download a list of songs? My PC went down and I had to reinstall YMJ. This sux cause its my notebook and I have to go to school in the morning, therefore, not being able to have music on my PCs HD will not let me use the service that I PAID FOR. If your wandering "why can't you connect at school?" The answer is I can't, therefore, no music at school. My other registered machine is at work and my PC at home.

Like I said, ridiculous. I've already emailed the so called "help" email thing that is a bunch of bull. I guess I'll have to call +18665627219 in the morning.

Pathetic.

  1. I agree...although they had mine reset within a couple of hours after the email.  However, if you have the music on your HD, as opposed to streaming, and the license has not expired you should be able to listen using WMP until the machines are reset.
