Is it tough to get into the Army Reserve MOS 68W.... to be a medic??

Not really, you just have to find a reserve unit, that has a slot for a 68W.

Reserve units do not have all mos's.

Thats why you need to go talk to the actual reserve unit you want to join, to see what mos's they have and to see if they have opennings for that mos.

Nope! Active duty 68W is way better, real life hands on experiences in Afghanistan or Iraq!
