I hope you have thousands of dollars just lying around to spend on the health problems these mutts usually have. I'd also like to see how many pug/beagle mix owners have actually had one of these dogs live 10-15 years without the dog having serious health problems.

People who breed mutts are morons and people who buy them are ridiculous. Go to a shelter and adopt one of the hundreds of pug and beagle mixes that get dropped off.

Edit: People who breed mutts are not "good" breeders. No good breeder would purposely mix breeds.

Its a mutt..  in other words a mixed breed dog..  not a purebred.  Mutts are a dime a dozen in your local shelter.

The "puggle" comes from irresponsible breeders who breed dogs for profit with no regard to health..  so its possible that one may not live a long lifespan, depending on what health problems is passed on to it from the parents.

You can find a pug/beagle mix at your local shelter..  absolutly no need to go to a breeder..  you will get the SAME thing at a shelter for way less!

I think that they won't live long if you get one from a good breeder, take it to the vet and spend time with it! I don't think they're the greatest dogs to choose, but yeah. You should get an American Eskimo... they are so white and fluffy! I have one and he is so smart and cute! They can also have problems with breathing since there muzzle is so close to their head

I know some hybrids are cute, but they are prone to health problems. I would seriously suggest that you go to your local animal shelter and get a beautiful mutt. Mutts usually live longer and are smarter (in my opinion). Plus by doing so you will be saving a pups life, and its MUCH cheaper.

I always thought corgidors were cute, and one day I was looking through to pound and I found one! He might not be half and half but he sure is cute, smart and I love him to death.

It's true. Since no responsible breeders breed puggles, two random dogs are just slapped together. These dogs can have loads of health problems, will cost you a fortune in vet bills, and may not live as long.

A mutt is a crossbreed of any type.
