  1. No, and I don't see why he would be. The founder of the Weather Channel has said he thinks Gore should be sued, but he hasn't done so. He is no longer affiliated with the Weather Channel, however.


  2. He is not, and for the life of me I have no idea what the grounds would be for such a lawsuit.
