I want to know why Guatemala wants to invade Belize and El Salvador and Honduras or Annex Belize in some way. Reports form CNN show Guatemala is by far the most militarized country in all Central American even rivaling South American countries like Chile. Guatemala city now boasting up to 4 million people twice as much as Houston. Lots of stockpile of Soviet made weapons and Swiss Assault weapons.

Why does this small country have so much firepower?

How would it fare in such a battle let US permitting?

It's reasons is to unify and make one Central America Nation

  1. Guatemala is more militarized then most of its neighbors, mostly because of the long running civil war that the US helped create.

Read Bitter Fruit, it will explain the weapons as well.

A large area of Belize originally belonged to Guatemala, they came to an agreement with the British to let Belize have it if the British would build a railway, which was never completed.  So in a lot of peoples mind, it still should belong to Guatemala.

Your facts about the populations of Guatemala City and Houston are backwards.

As far as an invasion, I don't think that is high on any ones minds right now.  All three countries get along fine for the most part.  If it were to happen, and there wasn't interference from outside countries, I think Guatemala could take Belize easily, and eventually take El Salvador.

  2. Belize is a former British Colony known as British Honduras. Geographically, Belize is the Atlantic coast of Guatemala.  The English, however, gained possession of British Honduras and the Guatemalans have never really given up their claim to the territory.  Independence for Belize was late in the coming from the UK because of the Guatemalan threat. The UK continues to maintain a garrison in the country which serves as a hindrance to any Guatemalan designs.  An attack is not likely in the foreseeable future, however, once the English are no longer there, who knows.

  3. This plan was concieved by the still alive brain of Adolph Hitler which is preserved in a bunker and connected to a likfe support robot. Much like what I just said.. your story is nonsense too.
