She was only picked as VP to pander to the right wing conservative base of the republican party. She is a christian conservative who are for the most part homophobic.

I wouldn't truly know for sure, but perez hilton IS g*y, and I am sure that he wouldn't lie about something like that. I am NOT impressed with Sarah Palin at all.
