Is it true That is you only have 3 Badges in pokemon fire red you can get a groudon?

I have heard that in pokemon fire red if u have ONLY 3 badges no more or less you go to pallet town and go next door then speak to the person and they will give u a groudon

One of many lies people on the internet make up. If there was a glitch like that I would know and it would of been spread heavily if true. A glitch that is true is using the gts to evolve trade evolve pokemon without trading it.

Groudon is exclusive to ruby and emerald only.

absolutely NOT! why? because you need to finish the game to get the national pokedex. groudon doesn't include in the kanto region pokemon.
