Gentlemen Blue whales have penises that reach lengths of five metres, and that's longer by far than the entire walrus.  Of course, that's when one is excited about something or other.  Therefore, it's not true.  The walrus was fibbing.

No, but the walrus has the largest baculum (p***s bone). The baculum is found in rodents, most carnivores (not cats), and most primates (humans are singularly deprived).

As far as the largest p***s, modesty forbids me to answer.

No, it stands to reason that the largest animals will have the largest p***s size. So this is the case when talking of whales although it appears that the largest whale - Blue Whale does not have the largest p***s size amongst all whales. This title is reported to belong to the Rorqual Whale with large specimens having lengths of 10 ft and a foot in diameter ! Although the Blue whale is hardly lacking at around 8 ft long ! Amongst land animals this reasoning also holds true as bull african elephants may exceed 5 ft in length.
