Is it true a satellite was found on the planet mars?

Mars has two natural satellites which orbit it their names are Phobos and Deimos.  They are not on Mars, satellites orbit planets.

One of the orbiters around Mars was able to take pictures so clear that it can see the tracks of the rovers and it found the parachute and heat shield of one of the landers.

It should be able to see a few probes or landing vehicles.

However, it they are ON Mars, then they are not satellites.

if it was true it was probably a satlite that flew out of the earths orbit somehow and was flung towards mars

There are a lot of satellites on the planet Mars. Most of the Soviet satellites of the 60's crashed.
