Is it true about the New World Order's Blue, Red, Yellow list?

I've researched extensively the NWO will have a Red, Blue and Yellow list consisting of people categorized in lists of the following:

Red - Severe threat to NWO

Blue - Less severe but still a threat

Yellow - Sheeple. Unaware of the NWO's existence.

Anyone care to touch up on this a little? Serious, biased answers only please thanks.

No, that's only partially correct. The list includes several other threat levels with additional colors.

Red - Severe threat to NWO

Merlot - Loud enough to get attention, dumb enough to make sense

Blue - Less severe but still a threat

Turqoise - Exotic dude with guitar, 3 chords and the truth

Yellow - Sheeple. Unaware of the NWO's existence.
