yes. probably not for unpaid parking tickets...no judge is that big of a d**k. but if she does something jail worthy, yes!

There is no age restriction for jail time. It will depend on the crime.

yes, i was in jail with a lady who was 90, she had a DUI. They were nicer to her, but still, they will send anyone to jail or prison. I did a year in prison. I saw plenty of people over the age of 70, in for all types of crimes.
