Is it true anderson silva died?

there's a rumor going around or its true i dunno. but on all the message boards i have been on today people are saying he was in a car crash this morning and died. i thought i heard a slight clip about something when i turned on sportscenter but i tuned in late. somebody fill me in here.

There is nothing to substantiate any of your claims. And sportscenter almost never shows anything related to MMA.

He almost did-he ended up becoming half man/ half machine.   As a result of the crash, both his arms and legs were replaced by metal proethetics, as well as his skull.  he says he will now fight in the superheavy weight because he;s around 350 lbs now with the metal stuff all over his body.  It's on ESPN and he will be on larry King Live tomorrow night
