it isnt true. like about two weeks ago i went to soak city in chula vista and i wore my shirt half the time and then i took it off because i wanted to take my shirt off.alot of the lifegaurds saw me and not one of them said a word to me about my shirt so you can wear you shirt there

Not sure about Soak City but i do know at Wild Rivers you can wear shirts, but dont take my word on that i haven't been in 3 years. Hope i helped.
