Is it true if I sign up for the Army GED Plus program I for fit all sign on bonuses and college tuition?

I mean isnt that the whole Gi bill?

I think hes not telling the truth but I dont know.

You need to take someone down to to the recruiter with you who has been in the military before. I am not certain what program you are speaking of but do not sign anything without having someone with you who can help you figure out your information.
