Is it true if you sleep in a room with a mirror does it really drain your energy? 'cause thats just what i heard. and im just wondering if anyone out there could give me a good answer for this!

Mirror draining energy... Sheesh... First of all, what energy are we talking about? And if this was electromagnetic energy (i.e. light, even infrared) mirror would REFLECT it back, wouldn't it?

I think you are referring to Feng Shui the Chinese art of placement... it is bad Feng Shui to have a mirror at the foot of your bed or to have it placed where you can see your reflection while sleeping.
