  2. No.  They enter a default judgement and they'll either garnish your wages, deduct it from your tax refund, or put a lien on your property.

  3. got mine in scottsdale about three years ago, got some program I paid like $50 bucks for and it told me how to beat it. It said to ignore it. So, I did and after 3 yrs it never went on my record. not sure it will work now but it did three yrs ago
