So, if a parent have 15 million dollar the son can get the whole sum (not 7.5 - 8) million?

There is no federal inheritance tax.  It will not be gone soon because it is not here now.

No, nobody has suggested that.  What IS probable is that if the democrats have both the presidency and both houses of congress, the estate tax laws will revert back in 2010 so that smaller estates than the current will be subject to estate tax - that's been stated formally.
