  1. Typically, no, they don't. I stopped growing at 16. My father stopped at 15, and his brother at 13. You will probably get wider in your 20s, but most like not taller.

    Puberty usually stops at 19 so not much chance of growing taller after that age, Make the most of your height and develop your body to make sure it looks fit and in good shape. If you want a diet and work out plan email me.
