Maybe it's because I'm a guy and I just don''t get these things, but it seems that allot of women are deeply ashamed of their v****a. I just never got that, like it never clicked... I know it's got to be an issue or I never would have been forced to sit through v****a Monologs. Now, I'm hearing that allot of women haven't even looked at themselves in the mirror. Of, course the flaw in asking this is that most women embarrassed by this would be too embarrassed to respond.

  1. Dude, I think you need to find a better way to spend your spare time than asking this kind of question,  That's just messed up

  2. maybe...

    def not me

  3. unless using a mirror bit difficult to visualize... eh?

  4. I'll put it to you this way (I'm also a guy, if that matters):

    I was the sound technician for a production of The v****a Monologues, and during rehearsals and after performance, both the perfomers and audience did a lot of pretty open talking about exactly this question.

    Most of what I heard tells me than fewer than half of women between 15 and 50 years old have *ever* seen what their own vulvas actually look like.

    EDIT:

    ... and when I said "v***a", I meant the whole thing - looking at it in a mirror - inside and out.

  5. Boy, I hope that's not true!  It's important to look at it so you know what's normal for you and what's not.

    Personally, I have no problem looking at my v***a.  It's cool.  Although I have to admit I've never seen my v****a.  The v****a is internal.  The stuff you see on the outside is called the v***a.

  6. Well, I had a good look in a mirror when I was a teenager, but now I would only look if something felt uncomfortable or sometimes to check that I've shaved the outer areas properly. Not ashamed or uncomfortable about my own body.

  7. I think that's one of those survey questions that women lie about when they answer.  :-)

  8. all girls do, they are lying...you have too to make sure your healthy and everythings okay!

  9. I can't answer for anyone else but I personally was never embarrassed to look.  I might be scared to look sometimes in case I find a problem but it's important every woman gets to know herself down there.

    I think some women are ashamed to look because somehow when they were young they got the impression it was dirty or shameful to look or touch things down there.
