Is it true that if you eat healthy and live healthy everything bad could go on track and you can naturally feel be better and more energetic... ??

Exercise and doing everything good to your body helps you live better even stops nervous twitches...(random)?

(I know your thinking same question...but who cares... )

    A: Your heart is only good for so many beats, and that's it... don't waste them on exercise. Everything wears out eventually. Speeding up your heart will not make you live longer; that's like saying you can extend the life of your car by driving it faster. Want to live longer? Take a nap.

    Q: Should I cut down on meat and eat more fruits and vegetables?

    A: You must grasp logistical efficiencies. What does a cow eat? Hay and corn. And what are these? Vegetables. So a steak is nothing more than an efficient mechanism of delivering vegetables to your system. Need grain? Eat chicken. Beef is also a good source of field grass (green leafy vegetable). And a pork chop can give you 100% of your recommended daily allowance of vegetable products.

    It just makes sense when you think about it.

    If you put the incorrect fuel in a vehicle and you don't maintain it properly, it won't run well and it's the same with your body.

    With the right balance of  fuel (food), exercise and rest etc you will fell more energetic and better all round, mentally and physically.

  7. yes in my case it was. you have to get plenty of sleep. and the right amount of healthy food and foods you like to eat for me its hostess cakes but limited then you will feel better exercise is also very important just don't over do it. for me I love it I even like that sore feeling makes me think wow i really pushed myself I did something good for myself.
