  1. Not directly.   All people die from heart failure.   What caused the heart to fail is of no concern to those who cause the pollution.

  2. I am sure it does. Think about the elderly with poor respiration around areas with poor air quality.

Green living would s***w up big business. Image the oil industry? The automotive industry.

Being green is a great idea, but will take some engineering. We didnt ruin the earth overnight, It will take some time to remedy it. The first step is making yourself more mindfull then advocate it. I work for an environmental company. We are noticing that most companies are not even yet beggining calculating their carbon footprints. They are looking into it, but not doing it. It is all pillowtalk if you ask me. The new buxx word "sustainability" is smoke and mirrors for spend less, lol

"it is not where we are from, it is where we end up"

  3. Well there are a number of things that are just as bad if not worse. Probably that many die each year from smoking, coffee, cola and drinking. Close to that many die each year from single car accidents in front wheel drive cars. How are we going to stop people from smoking and drinking. How are we going to stop them from going to fast in cars where they lose control and crash.

Point is it is everybody's duty to keep themselves from making fatal mistakes, it is not their duty to protect people they do not know and have never met especially if they are living some form of dangerous life style that could lead to death or serious injury.
