Is it true someone can have a full white eye?

  1. Not in terms of it being a fully functioning eye, no.  However, if a person has an untreated cataract, it will appear as tho they have a pure white eye.  A cataract is a milky white film that covers the entire lense of the eye, and needs surgery to be corrected.  The worse it becomes, the more opaque the milky whitness will be, eventually rendering the person blind in that eye and leaving it looking like a pure white eyeball.
