  1. You have confused "Execution" with "Detention". Yes, it is common for kids to sneak out of detention. Hope this helps

  2. I've never heard of it, nor do I think it is possible.

I think someone is giving you a line.

  3. I am not sure who even began to tell you this was possible. When an inmate is transferred from their death row cell to the death house, it is usually under strict controls.

When they arrive at the death house, they are then re-secured in another cell, by themselves with usually at least one corrections officer outside the cell at all times.

When it come time for the execution, they are once again ID'ed, to make sure they ARE the right inmate, and moved to the execution chamber.

They are then strapped to the device that is the execution method for their state. And the execution commences.

  4. Not sure what you mean.  Death sentences do get commuted.  Some people convicted and sentenced to death have had their sentence overturned due to new post-trial evidence.  There was a recent case in Virginia where this happened.

  5. NO THAT IS COMPLETELY FALSE. No one escape an execution or sneak out of there with so many police and security personnel. Unless the police escort will do it yes the prisoner will escape his execution but very very hardly this things happen. No one in history as of yet been found escape upon the day of his execution. In prison yes some prisoners escape of the famous one is the Alcatraz a prison in the middle of a sea in California. The one they called the rock. They say impregnable inside and out, prison cell. Yet lot of prisoners escapes.

If one prisoner escape his execution, then the warden and the escorts will be terminated and charge administratively to the court for negligence in fulling their swore duty.

  6. Indeed.  If they could sneak out of execution, they would be doing it all the time.

  7. They get away with murder?  Jayleite...you made me laugh!

  8. I think if you sneak out away from death row you get to go free and they give you a chicken.

  9. Are you sure you mean "execution?"

Are you thinking of extradition or some other word, maybe?  An execution is when a condemned prisoner is put to death for a capital crime.  Those people aren't normally just wandering the grounds of the prison unsupervised.
